COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS
STRATEGIES AND ACTION STEPS
Every TLHOA Board Member, except the President, serves on two Committees.
The President does not serve on a second Committee
under the assumption that she/he has adequate responsibility.
The President is considered Ex Officio to all Committees.
Each Committee selects its own chair/convenor.
Each Committee has latitude to appoint non-board Committee members.
Non-board Committee member appointments are encouraged and welcome.
MEMBERSHIP, COMMUNICATIONS AND COMMUNITY OUTREACH
BUILD FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY and SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS

Seek grant opportunities include CD4 discretionary funds

Build HOA reserves

Develop revenue streams

Collaborate with the Toluca Lake Chamber of Commerce to advocate for beneficial policies

Assist with raising awareness and maintaining local customers

Coordinating charity events with local businesses
